Navigate to https://aegis-school.nilswa.com or register a corporate tenant via NILSWA Enterprise Onboarding (/register). Once your administrator credentials and MFA are verified, all 14 campus modules—including Admissions CRM, Attendance, Fees, LMS, and Smart Bus Tracking—are provisioned immediately.

Aegis School continuously evaluates attendance trends, academic grade trajectories, open intervention cases, and overdue fee indicators. Every risk score displays a transparent factor breakdown so principals and counselors can intervene early.

Yes. With NILSWA’s pay-per-user model, you can start with 1 or 2 staff seats to configure timetables, test the admissions Kanban funnel, and validate workflows before scaling to your entire student body.

Aegis DevOps combines AI-assisted incident triage, SLA-tracked helpdesk ticketing, CI/CD release orchestration, and real-time AWS infrastructure telemetry into a single portal at https://aegis-help.nilswa.com.

Incoming alerts and support tickets are automatically classified, correlated with recent deployment logs, and routed to the right on-call engineer with suggested root-cause diagnostics and runbook steps.

Administrators can assign granular roles (SuperAdmin, DevOps Lead, SRE, Support Agent, Auditor) with OAuth 2.0 JWT bearer authentication and mandatory TOTP multi-factor authentication.

Enterprise Onboarding, Security & Billing

When you submit your organization profile at /register, you receive a unique Acknowledgment Number (ACK-...). You configure your root administrator username, strong password, and TOTP Authenticator MFA immediately, and can track provisioning progress anytime at /track.

NILSWA charges zero upfront licensing fees. Your billing is calculated transparently based on active user seats enabled on your tenant, allowing you to scale seats up or down as your organization evolves.
